Char Grilled Pork Neck Steak -  95k

Marinated in beer for 24 hours, served with onions, mustard, homemade potato salad and white cabbage.
The pork was well marinated, tender and tasty. The potato salad and white cabbage were both sour, I quite like the potato salad, but I think both of it was too sour for me.

Untuk Bonanza kita bisa pilih 2 condiments, kita pilih mashed potatoes sama cream spinach. Terus pas kita tanya itu sosis apa aja, katanya sih pork, beef sama chicken. Rasanya sih lumayan, sosisnya juicy, tapi gw ga gitu suka. Hehe. Mashed potatoes nya enak cheesy gitu, cream spinachnya juga lumayan, spinachnya rada lembek.

Kita pesen yang pork loin pake gypsy sauce. Gypsy sauce di buat dari tomato sauce, onion sama bell pepper, rasanya asem manis gitu enak! Cuma gw ga gitu demen schnitzelnya, soalnya dagingnya aneh, ga kayak daging biasanya yang buat katsu gitu. Mixed saladnya enak, bikin seger :9
