Tori Karaage - 39k

The karaage was crispy and juicy, but nothing special other than that.

Nitamago - 10k

Kakuni Bankara - 89k

Love the kakuni, so tender, sweet and yummy.

Tonkotsu - 69k

The soup is milky but not too thick. I prefer bankara.

For the green tea it's 12k and can be refilled.

Menya Sakura

Berhubung banyak yang bilang enak dan selesai dari gereja bingung mau makan apa akhirnya kita ke Lotte Shopping Avenue buat coba Menya Sakura. Tempatnya ada di lantai 2 di deketnya CIMB.

Chicken Dumpling - 28k

Di sini dumplingnya cuma ada isi ayam, cara masaknya ada 2 (pan fried sama fried). Isinya ada kol, sayur, sama ayam cincang. Dumplingnya enak, kulitnya tipis dan isinya juicy.

Tonkatsu Char-shu men - 69,8k

Tonkatsu Ramen - 49,8k

Ramennya chewy, kuahnya agak sedikit kental, rasanya super gurih (dan asin, tapi ga seasin pas gw makan di Santouka) haha. Dan porsinya besar, jadi gw pulang dengan perut besar dan hati senang hehe :)

Oh iya kalo green tea satunya 10k, kalau ga salah inget bisa di refill.

Fuji Soba

Fuji Soba ini persis di sebelahnya Menya Sakura, seperti namanya di sini jual soba (ada udon juga sih). Fuji Soba ini self service kayak di Marugame Udon, jadi ambil tray milih makanan, bayar. Selain jual udon dan soba, di sini juga jual menu dari rice, fritters (tempura, korokke, tamago,brokoli), inari dan lain sebagainnya.

Mini Donburi Set (KatsuDon & Kake Soba) - 55k

Jadi mini Donburi Set itu isinya ada noodles sama mini rice bowl set. Harganya tergantung menu nasi yang kita pilih. Pilihannya ada 4 (KatsuDon, GyuDon, OyakoDon, dan Curry) setelah kita pilih mau nasi apa kita milih dari 4 mie yang ada (Kake Soba, Mori Soba, Kake Udon, Mori Udon). Semuanya 55rb kecuali yang Curry 48rb.

Kuahnya hampir sama kayak di Marugame, isinya rumput laut sama daun bawang. Kalau gw lebih suka udon daripada soba. KatsuDon nya lumayan enak, cuma telurnya ga soft.

Tokusen Fuji Soba - 49k

Kalau yang Udon 46k, isinya ada kulit tahu manis, tanuki, onsen telur sama kani stick. Waktu itu mintanya telur mateng, jadi di matengin hehe.

Niku Fuji Soba - 56k

Kalau yang Udon 53k, isinya ada daging sapi, rumput laut sama onsen telur. Dagingnya enak empuk dan agak manis. Telurnya juga soft, dari 3 menu di atas gw paling suka yang Niku Fuji Soba.

Ebiten - 14k

JJ Royal Brasserie

Got here around 2pm, and they have Lunch Set Menu on weekdays from 12pm-3pm. They have 2 options, Starter & Main Course for 99k++ or Starter, Main Course, Dessert & JJ Royal Coffee for 120k++, we chose the latter. We also ordered their Sweet Potato Gratin.

Sweet Potato Gratin - 40k

The sweet potato was roughly mashed, and I think there's some kind of fruit mixed in there. A little bit too sweet for my liking, because the sweet potato was already sweet enough plus the marshmellow.

For the appetizer we chose Crunchy Tiger Prawns and Tender Chicken Fingers.

Crunchy Tiger Prawns (w/ sweet chili yoghurt sauce)

Tender Chicken Fingers (w/ honey mustard mayonnaise)

The Crispy Tiger Prawns was really good, crunchy prawns with crispy and tasty batter. While the Tender Chicken Fingers was just ok, not bad but not that special either.

English Fish & Chips (deep fried battered fresh cod, pommes frites, tartar sauce)

The Fish&Chips was okay, crispy batter and soft cod.

Nasi Goreng Special (long grain rice, fried chicken, chicken satay, cried egg, beef floss, cucumber, tomato)

The fried rice wasn't that tasty and a little bit dry. There are carrots and diced chicken inside, and topped w/ fried shallot, which a little bit bitter.

Condiments

And finally.. desserts!

Not really a fan of macarons, but this one is good!

Big Red - raspberry marmalade, fresh raspberries, vanilla brulee, almond macaron

Sweet and sour. The brulee was light and not overly sweet. The macarons was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

One, Two, Tea - white chocolate mousse, manjari chantillym matcha tea sponge
