I like their pain au chocolat when I tried it in HK, so when I know that Eric Kayser opened its store in Jakarta, I happily went there for their pain au chocolat and food.

Cafe Hazelnut Latte - 35k

Raspberry Iced Tea - 27k

They didn't have too much beverage menu, just coffee, tea, milk, juice, water, soft drink and beer. The Raspberry Iced Tea was quite good, not too sweet and refreshing.

Salad Poulet Cesar - 78k

Grilled chicken breast, fresh green salad, boiled eggs with classic Caesar dressing. The dressing was yummy and not overwhelming, and the grilled chicken was quite tender and tasty.

Risotto aux Truffes - 124k

Creamy risotto with wild porcini topped with black truffle mushroom and shaved grana padano cheese on top. Love love their risotto, my only complaint would be that small portion. HEHE

Fougasse Au Quatre Fromage - 98k

French pizza with fresh mozzarella cheese, emmental cheese, goat cheese, gruyere cheese and creme fraiche.

Abis nonton harpot kita pergi ke Union rencananya sih mau nyobain cakenya. Soalnya si cici bilang katanya kuenya enak. Setelah melalui perdebatan mau pilih yang mana akhirnya terpilih juga 2 kue

Red Velvet - 50k

Crunchy Chocolate Tart - 50k

Kalo gw sih lebih suka Crunchy Chocolate Tartnya dari pada Red Velvet. Padahal orangnya bilang Red Velvetnya yang terkenal. Tapi gw ga terlalu suka. Kalo gw sepertinya lebih suka sama red velvet yang ada di Convivium dari pada yang di sini. Kalo mau coba cake di sini, mending coba yang Crunchy Chocolate Tart deh! Heheh :)

Nero Pasta - 65k

Kata temen gw sih rasanya lumayan kayak rasa pasta-pasta biasanya gitu. Haha.

Kita pesen Union Signature Cake Sampler (150k++ for two), isinya itu ada:
- 2 choices of Dammann Freres Tea (Breakfast, Darjeeling, Earl Grey, Chamomile, Ceylan O.P, Jasmine, Gunpowder)
- Cake Sampler (Pandan, Cheese Cake, PB&J, Red Velvet, Praline)

Gunpowder (Traditional unique Chinese green tea only found in the Zhejiang province)

Ceylan O.P ("Clasic Dumbula" -  Classic black,medium bodied w/ light caramelized flavor)

When I read the list of cake of the cake sampler, I think I wouldn't like the Pandan Cake. But actually I like it, the sponge cake was moist and the cream was light and not too sweet. I will rank it from what I like the most to the least. Red Velvet-Praline-Pandan-PB&J-Cheese Cake. Didn't really like the PB&J because it was too sweet, and it has a strong peanut flavor. While the Cheese Cake was a bit dry.

Nachos - 70k

The chips were thin and crispy, and if you're looking for the chili, it's underneath the jalapenos. Not enough chili! We want more! ;)

Cronut is a croissant-doughnut pastry developed by chef Dominique Ansel for Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City. In May 2013, the bakery trademarked the name. (-wikipedia)

And finally I tried the Union's version of cronut, they called it flaky doughnut. If I'm not mistaken, they have 3 flavours, Chocolate Vanilla, Cinnamon Sugar and Caramel Peanut.

Their flaky doughnut was super crispy, but a little bit too greasy and their custard filling wasn't that much, want more filling please! :)

Dari antara 2 ini gw lebih suka yang Vanilla Custard Puff. Tapi 2-2nya enak sih :9

Ambroise (45k) - Yoghurt Blend, peach, raspberry, honey and lemon

Rasanya biasa aja, rada asem-asem gitu. Ukurannya ga terlalu gede, gelasnya rada pendek sama kecil gitu (tapi di sini keliatannya gede ya?) Oh iya pas gw tanya sama mbanya peachnya buah asli atau sirup katanya sih pake sirup.

Oh iya, karena gw pesen dessertnya yang ga di buku menu (pesennya yang ada di display), jadi harga dessertnya yang di display itu udah termasuk Pajak & Service. Tapi minumannya dari buku menu jadi harganya belum termasuk Pajak 10% & Service 10%.

Kemaren itu gw janjian pergi sama temen gw, mereka bilang mau ke PS buat nyoba dessert di sini. Jadi kita makan siang dulu di Sushi Tei baru makan dessert di sini.

Chocolate infused Earl Grey mousse and sponge cake with earl grey crumble. I like this! You can really taste the earl grey.

Plaisir Sucre - 38k

Layered of thin chocolate, hazelnut crunch and dacquoise almond sponge.
