Gandaria City lagi ada promosi sampai tanggal 18 Juli, dengan PG Card kita bisa beli voucher maksimal kalau ga salah 200rb, dapet 300rb. Tapi kalau ada kartu BNI kita bisa beli maksimal 300rb dapet 450rb per harinya, voucher itu bisa digunakan untuk tenant-tenant tertentu, contohnya Basilico, Hong Tang, I-tasuki, Sushi Tei, Haagen Dasz, Fish & Co, dll.

Jadi ceritanya minggu lalu udah beli voucher dan masih ada sisa, terus hari terakhir penggunaanya hari ini jadi kita melimpir ke Basilico :) (vouchernya itu ada ketentuannya kalau udah beli ada batas hari pemakaian - 7hari, oh ya cuma bisa di pakai saat weekdays)

Pas kita duduk, di kasih menu, pesen, ga beberapa lama di kasih complimentary bread. Rotinya masih anget, rasanya mirip roti bantal HAHA, cuma lebih keras luarnya, tapi dalemnya empuk. Roti bagian luarnya agak asin, dikasih saus dari tomat, enak asem-asem.

Awakening - 35k

Awakening itu campuran dari Kiwi, Strawberry, Banana, Lime Juice sama Apple Juice. Rasanya asem manis, yang paling berasa lime juicenya haha.

Capricciosa - 99k

Pas nanya mbaknya biasanya orang pesen pizza apa, katanya Capricciosa jadi kita pesen itu. Isinya ada tomato sauce, mozzarella, beef ham, chicken sausage, mushrooms sama zucchini. Pizzanya tipis, pinggirnya crispy, isinya lumayan banyak. Cuma rasa tomato saucenya kurang nendang, jadi agak hambar.

Gnocchi Alla Sorentina - 72k

Berhubung gw belom pernah coba gnocchi, jadi gw pesen menu itu. Kalo ga salah ada 2 menu yang pake gnocchi, tapi pas gw tanya mbaknya enakan yang mana, katanya enakan yang Alla Sorentina, jadi gw pesen itu. Gnocchi Alla Sorentina itu oven baked potato dumpling w/ tomato, oregano terus di served with melted mozzarella cheese on top. Pertama pas nyoba, eh enak juga ya gnocchinya kenyel-kenyel, bumbunya juga banyak. Tapi berhubung gw cinta daging, jadi berasa ada yang kurang, soalnya yang digigit kenyel-kenyel semua jadi lama-lama agak bosen :p

After that we went to catch a movie and had our early dinner at Social House.

Nutella Milkshake - 45k

 The Milkshake was good, not overly sweet that make you nauseous.

Spaghetti Mushroom Aglio Olio w/ Garlic Grilled Chicken - 95k

I love their aglio olio, maybe not as tasty as before and the chicken pieces are not as fragrant as before, but still goooood.

Meat Lovers Pizza - 95k

The pizza is not bad either. Thin & crispy, with tasty toppings.

Sooo. It's #throwback time! It's a long overdue post from back in January. And I still have many more (ok, not that many) to post, about other restaurants from my visit in January to March. hehe :)

Ice Tea - 15k

They also have ice tea with several flavours, like kiwi, mango, peach, strawberry, apple, lychee or passion fruit by adding 5k.

Gyutan Don - 60k

Sweet and spicy sauteed gyu tan served with fresh chilies, spring onions and Japanese rice.

Mama's Aglio Olio - 35k

Spaghetti sauteed with olive oil, garlic, and chilli. You can add tuna (+15k), beef bacon (+10k) or chicken (+10k) to your spaghetti.

Spaghetti Meaballs - 55k

Classic tomato and meatballs spaghetti served with shaved parmesan and chopped herbs.

Basil Pesto Farfalle - 45k

Farfalle sauteed with homemade beef bacon, pesto sauce and aromatic pine nuts.

Ceritanya lagi mau cari makan, tapi sebelum itu mau pergi ke dokter THT dulu di Ciranjang. Setelah dari sana kita liat ada restoran baru di seberangnya, jadilah kita makan di sana.

The restaurant is quite big, and they also have outdoor seating.

Complimentary Bread

They also provide Complimentary Bread, unfortunately they gave it when we almost finish our food.

From the Pasta Fresca / Homemade Pasta selection, my brother ordered Tagliatelle Nere (Homemade Fettucinni Black with Mix Seafood).

Tagliatelle Nere - 110k

According to him, the pasta was kinda "wet", and the shrimps was hard and not fresh.

Filleto Alla Mugnaja - 105k

This is a fried dorry with mashed potato.

4 Stagioni - 100k

Tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, artichoke, mushroom and sausage. I don't like artichoke period.

The food here was mediocre, but the pizza was quite good (I think).

Abis nonton harpot kita pergi ke Union rencananya sih mau nyobain cakenya. Soalnya si cici bilang katanya kuenya enak. Setelah melalui perdebatan mau pilih yang mana akhirnya terpilih juga 2 kue

Red Velvet - 50k

Crunchy Chocolate Tart - 50k

Kalo gw sih lebih suka Crunchy Chocolate Tartnya dari pada Red Velvet. Padahal orangnya bilang Red Velvetnya yang terkenal. Tapi gw ga terlalu suka. Kalo gw sepertinya lebih suka sama red velvet yang ada di Convivium dari pada yang di sini. Kalo mau coba cake di sini, mending coba yang Crunchy Chocolate Tart deh! Heheh :)

Nero Pasta - 65k

Kata temen gw sih rasanya lumayan kayak rasa pasta-pasta biasanya gitu. Haha.

Ceylan O.P ("Clasic Dumbula" -  Classic black,medium bodied w/ light caramelized flavor)

When I read the list of cake of the cake sampler, I think I wouldn't like the Pandan Cake. But actually I like it, the sponge cake was moist and the cream was light and not too sweet. I will rank it from what I like the most to the least. Red Velvet-Praline-Pandan-PB&J-Cheese Cake. Didn't really like the PB&J because it was too sweet, and it has a strong peanut flavor. While the Cheese Cake was a bit dry.

Nachos - 70k

The chips were thin and crispy, and if you're looking for the chili, it's underneath the jalapenos. Not enough chili! We want more! ;)

UPDATE (25 August '13)
Cronut is a croissant-doughnut pastry developed by chef Dominique Ansel for Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City. In May 2013, the bakery trademarked the name. (-wikipedia)

And finally I tried the Union's version of cronut, they called it flaky doughnut. If I'm not mistaken, they have 3 flavours, Chocolate Vanilla, Cinnamon Sugar and Caramel Peanut.

Chocolate Vanilla Flaky Doughnut - 35k

Their flaky doughnut was super crispy, but a little bit too greasy and their custard filling wasn't that much, want more filling please! :)

Their pastas were mediocre. Actually, I didn't really like it. The most tasty one is the Baked Macaroni. My Spaghetti Carbonara was kind of tasteless, I need to add salt and asked for their parmesan cheese to make it a little better.

Healthy Belly - 40k

The Healthy Belly consists of mangoes, passion fruit and banana. You can taste the mango the most, and they give you LOTS of passion fruit.

Lychee Sensation - 40k

 The Lychee Sensation only consists of lychees and strawberries.

Berry Nice - 40k

Berry Nice: Blueberries, mango, banana and yogurt. I like this the most. It was yummy and wasn't too sweet, and you can really taste the blueberries.

Freshly Squeezed Kiwi - 35k

Didn't try the kiwi juice.

Pisang Cooler - 40k

Ripe banana and honey blended with passion fruit, orang juice and natural yogurt with nutmeg dressing. Rasa pisangnya berasa, tapi kemanisan, akhirnya gw minta es batu lagi.

Apple & Cinnamon Mojito - 40k

Fresh mint muddled w/ lime, apple juice and cinnamon sugar. Served over crushed ice, w/ cinnamon dusting. Gw lebih suka yang ini, seger.

French Fries - 40k

Cheese Burger (135k) - wagyu beef, gruyere cheese, homemade sauce, and sauteed mushrooms

Burgernya enak, pattnya tebel, juicy, empuk dan tasty.

Putanesca Rigatoni (70k) - tomato, basil, capers, extra virgin olive oil with rigatroni

Ini juga lumayan, rasanya asem-asem.
