Akhrinya Kkuldak di GI buka, setelah sekian lama mau cobain, kesampean juga hehe. Tempatnya ga terlalu besar, di sana cuma ada 2 meja kecil buat makan.

Di Kkuldak menu utamanya Chicken Ball, ada 3 ukuran, Small - Medium sama Large.

Kalo kita mesen, baru dia masak, jadi masih panas :)

Original Honey Chicken (Small) - 30k

 Gw waktu itu pesennya Original Honey Chicken yang Small - 30k. Isinya selain ayam ada rice cake sama tater tot. Kalo temen gw pesennya yang Spicy Honey Chicken, bentuk sama warnanya hampir sama. Kalo rasa, temen gw sama gw lebih suka yang Original daripada yang Spicy hehe.

From Soup Restaurant we went to eat Honey Bread at En Dining.

After that we went to catch a movie and had our early dinner at Social House.

Nutella Milkshake - 45k

 The Milkshake was good, not overly sweet that make you nauseous.

Spaghetti Mushroom Aglio Olio w/ Garlic Grilled Chicken - 95k

I love their aglio olio, maybe not as tasty as before and the chicken pieces are not as fragrant as before, but still goooood.

Meat Lovers Pizza - 95k

The pizza is not bad either. Thin & crispy, with tasty toppings.

Radler is made of Paulaner Brauhaus Hell (lager) and lemonade.

Sparkling Fruit Tea - 60k

Candy apple, soda and chamomile tea.

A pair of Vienna sausages "Wiener" - 85k

Served with homemade potato salad.

Char Grilled Pork Neck Steak -  95k

Marinated in beer for 24 hours, served with onions, mustard, homemade potato salad and white cabbage.
The pork was well marinated, tender and tasty. The potato salad and white cabbage were both sour, I quite like the potato salad, but I think both of it was too sour for me.

After we had appetizer and dessert at H5, we went to Mangia, the place is on the same floor as H5. The place was packed at that time, so we have to wait for about 10 minutes to get a table.

They have quite a lot of interesting dish. We tried 2 of their favorite menu,  Nasi Jeruk Sambal Dori and Swedish House Meatballs.

Swedish House Meatballs - 59k

I like their Swedish Meatballs! The mashed potato, meatballs and gravy were nice and tasty. I thought the strawberry jam would be weird, but it turned out good.

Nasi Jeruk Sambal Dori - 44k

Mixed white rice, orange leaf, and herbs top with spicy dori. This one is also nice, but I like the Meatballs better, tastier than the Nasi Jeruk.

Uncle Ho's Crunchy Wings - 32k

Marinated chicken wings, fried and tossed in caramelized fish sauce, crunchy garlic and herbs. The wings were tasty! Crisp coating and sweet sauce. But I think the meat was a little bit too salty.

Crispy Pork Belly and Watermelon - 48k

Pork belly coated in black pepper caramel served with fresh watermelon cubes, pickled rinds and toasted sesame. Crispy pork belly, sweet watermelon with sour and crunchy pickled rinds. Quite weird combination, but good.

Mango Mania (Seasonal) - 40k

Warm thai sticky rice with fresh mango slices, mango-cream icy bar and sesame brittle. The fresh mango was too sour, like wayyyyyyy too sour! :( But the mango-cream icy bar was nice.

Jakarta Culinary Passport

Dari tanggal 12-15 September kemarin ada acara kuliner di West Mall Lt. 5 Grand Indonesia, namanya Jakarta Culinary Passport. Entrance feenya 10k/person. Di acara JCP ini dibagi jadi 4 area: Westland, Eastland, Homeland sama Lollyland.

Sombrero

Pertamanya kita mau ke Jakarta Culinary Passport, tapi masih jam 10an jadi toko"nya belom pada buka. Akhirnya karena pada laper kita berakhir di restoran Meksiko namanya Sombrero. Tempatnya ada di depan Yoshinoya.

Sombrero Chips N' Salsa - 20k

Ini seasoned tortilla chips served with salsa. Chipsny tipis dan crispy, atasnya ada bumbu serbuk cabe/cabai, rasanya pedes asin dan gurih kayak bon cabe. Terus juga ada salsa sama guacamole, seger. Guacamolenya ada rasa asem-asemnya.

Loaded Nachos - 35k

Isinya itu ada mashed red beans, olives, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese sama jalapenos. Will be better if there's meat in it!

Mex-Ixxa (55k)

Rasanya lumayan, ini Mexican Pizza, jadi open faced tortilla w/ sombrero sauce, cheese, bell peppers sama beef. Tortillanya ga garing. Terus juga ada chips, salsa sama guacamole.

Mexican Tapaz Style - 45k

Jadi Mexican Tapaz Style ini ukurannya mini kayak sampler gitu, jadi ada 5 pilihan makanan, dan kita bisa pilih 3 dari 5 menu tsb. Pilihannya ada Taco Macho, Fuerro Burrito, Quesadilla, Dip'n Wings sama Chi Mi Changa. Kita pilih Fuerro Burrito, Quesadilla sama Chi Mi Changa.

Fuerro Burrito itu Soft Tortilla diisi sama keju, sayuran sama kita bisa pilih antara grilled chicken, beef/beans, gw gatau waktu itu pilihnya yang mana, tapi pas dimakan berasa ada mashed red bean sama daging, tapi red beannya lebih banyak. Terus kalo yang di tengah yang di goreng itu namanya Chi Mi Changa, kulit tortillanya crispy, isinya beans sama daging, sama kayak Fuerro Burrito. Kalo yang bulet itu Quesadilla, isinya mozzarella daging sama onion.

Classic Chicken Caesar Salad - 35k

Isinya ada romaine lettuce, Sombrero's classic caesar salad dressing sama crouton. Bumbu caesar saladnya agak manis, gw ga gitu demen. Croutonnya juga ga garing.

Magnum Cafe - 1st visit , 2nd visit
Setelah dari Pizza Marzano kita pergi cari dessert, dan berakhir di Magnum. Untungnya pas kita dateng ga gitu rame, jadi kita gausah ngantri hehe.

Tempatnya lumayan besar, ada ruangan non smoking sama smoking. Kalo ruangan smoking ada di luar.

Berry Emporium (vanilla magnum smoothie blended w/ blueberries milk and topped w/ lychees) - 29k

Flower Clock (Strawberry smoothie w/ fresh lemon juice, melons and strawberries) - 29k

Karena takut enek kita pesen smoothiesnya. Temen gw pesen berry emporium, gw pesen flower clock. Kalo gw sih lebih suka gw punya soalnya seger dan ga bikin enek, sedangkan yang temen gw punya creamy dan "berat" hehe. Tapi temen gw lebih suka yang dia punya :p

Waffle D'Antwerp (Belgian waffle w/ chocolate truffle magnum sticks, dark chocolate shaving and cherry compote) - 39k

Menu ini kita bisa pesen 2 rasa es krim, temen gw pesen Chocolate Truffle, kalo gw pesen yang Hazelnut. Pas gw coba gw lebih suka yang rasa chocolate truffle hehe, wafflenya enak, waffle di sini empuk ga garing.Cherry compotenya juga enak asem-asem gitu, biar ga bikin enek karena semuanya coklat. Sama gw suka banget sama chocolate whipped creamnya :p

Wafel De Liege (45k)

Belgian waffle w/ strawberies, magnum vanilla and chocolate sticks, and strawberry compote. I always like their waffle, it was chewy and crispy at the same time. Oh! And I like their chocolate sticks too!

Parfait De Chocolat - 35k

It's crushed chocolate macarons with chocolate mousse on top. Served with rice crispy chocolate wafer, choco truffle ice cream and more chocolate macaron.

Calamari Vindaloo - 40k

 Curry fried calamari with kaffir lime sauce. The calamari was quite good, it was crispy and tasty.

Ice Tea - 15k

And we learn from our previous visit to not order sweet drinks, because we will end up either too full or get nauseated. So, here we are ordering plain ice tea.
