Salmon Steak - 88k
Norwegian Salmon with teriyaki finish, served with asian sweet chili sauce.

GOWAGYU RIBEYE - 178k
GOWAGYU PORTERHOUSE (300gr) - 218k
Okay for you who don't what is porterhouse (just like me! ha!)

Porterhouse is a T-shaped bone with meat on each side, it's the cut from the rear end of the short loin and thus include more tenderloin steak, along with a large strip steak on the other side of the bone. -wikipedia-

We asked for brown sauce and mushroom sauce. The meat was quite tender and tasty. As you know the tenderloin part is smaller than the short loin's (and I don't know that! /sobs). So if you are not a fan of fat like me, just.order.the.tenderloin.
